Important Tips (Apply to both parks):

  • Mobile Ordering: Use the Disneyland app to mobile order from the "gluten/wheat allergy-friendly menu." This is the easiest way to get your food.
  • Speak with a Chef: If you have concerns about cross-contamination or want to modify a dish, don't hesitate to ask to speak with a chef or a Special Diets Cast Member.
  • Look for the Allergy Pick: When you receive your food, make sure it has an allergy pick to confirm it's a special dietary order.
  • Avoid: Be cautious of items like Bengal Barbecue due to sauces, the Blue and Green Milk (they contain oats), macaroons, and the standard Rice Krispie Mickey treats (they contain barley).
  • Aunt Cass Cafe: This location is attached to a sourdough bakery, so it's best to steer clear if you have severe allergies.
  • Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta: You can ask about gluten-free pasta, pizza, and salad options.

Additional Suggestions:

  • Table Service Restaurants: For a sit-down meal, consider making a reservation at a table service restaurant like Carthay Circle Restaurant, which is known for its excellent handling of food allergies. They even offer their own house-made gluten-free bread.
  • Bring Your Own Snacks: You are allowed to bring your own food and snacks into the parks. This is a great way to ensure you always have safe options on hand.
