Ideas for a better telegram (android and computers) 

play mkv files from inside application (without beta)
play video files inside compresed files without having to decompress them
play continous files, ie file.part1.mkv file.part2.mkv file2.part1.mkv file2.part2.mkv 
allow to send video to tv on desktop (already possible on android)
allow to play subtitles
allow to play multiple audio streams

allow to copy topic from one group to another with right click copy, right click paste (it will clone topics from group) 
allow to cut topics from one group to another with right click cut, right click paste (it will delete topic from source group)
allow multiple selection of topics with control key
allow to select all messages from a group with right click select all, and right click paste on another group.

allow to regroup forwarded files
allow to sort forwarded files up / down on forward dialog

allow to select send as anonymous admin on forward message without have to enable on admin permisions
cut long filenames preserving .partX.rar
