1. What data does this app collect and store?

Because this is a live multiplayer puzzle game with persistent progress, we store two types of data on the hosting servers provided by the RootApp platform:

  • Identity Data (provided by RootApp): We access your public User ID, Username, and Profile Picture from the RootApp platform to identify you on the leaderboard and in live game sessions.
  • Gameplay Data (generated by the app): We store your personal game statistics and save files, which include:
    • Number of puzzles solved.
    • Piece placement history and current puzzle board states.
    • Total number of pieces moved or matched.
    • Any other in-game progress or settings.

2. Where is this data stored?

All of this data (Identity + Gameplay) is securely stored on backend servers provided by the RootApp platform. Because RootApp organizes apps on a per-community basis, your data is tied to the specific community where you are playing.

3. Why do we store this data?

We store this data strictly to:

  • Save your game progress so you can pick up where you left off.
  • Display your username and avatar on the in-game leaderboard alongside your stats.
  • Enable live multiplayer gameplay, which allows other players in your current community session to see your piece placements and moves on the same shared puzzle in real-time.

4. Third-party services and sharing

We do not share your data with external advertisers, marketers, or any third-party analytics companies. We only use RootApp's infrastructure to host the game's backend.

5. Your rights and how to delete your data

Because our hosting is per-community and managed through the RootApp platform, I (the app developer) do not have a central way to delete your gameplay data.

If you wish to have your game statistics, save files, or identity data removed, you must request deletion through the RootApp platform itself or contact the administrator of your specific RootApp community. They have the necessary access to manage and delete data stored within their community's hosting environment.

6. Contact us

If you have general questions about how the app works or this privacy policy (not deletion requests), you can email us at: ayrlin.renata@gmail.com
