Fedora post-install goodies.

I compiled some post-installation things to do after installing fedora

DNF config

Edit /etc/dnf/dnf.conf and add these lines:

defaultyes=True
max_parallel_downloads=20
deltarpm=False # AFAIK this is now depricated
