DevOps started out as "Agile Systems Administration". In 2008, at the Agile Conference in Toronto, Andrew Shafer posted an offer to moderate an ad hoc "Birds of a Feather" meeting to discuss the topic of "Agile Infrastructure". Only one person showed up to discuss the topic: Patrick Debois. Their discussions and sharing of ideas with others advanced the concept of "agile systems administration". In that same year, Debois and Shafer formed an Agile Systems Administrator group on Google, with limited success. So, this was a quick attempt at trying to implement the A* pathfinding algorithm in Elixir. Sadly I didn't plan this well enough, and ended up getting stuck in a situation where I would have to rewrite a lot of the structure to make it work properly.

In A* you normally want to keep track of who added to the open list (a parent), so that you don't end up jumping to a random tile that's close just because you've been there before -- you have to be a parent. Sadly, I forgot about this (silly me), and thus this does not work particularly well for mazes etc. (Though it works for this example 🎉)

Will probably rewrite this in the near future, though probably not in Elixir, as I do not believe it is a good fit for this use-case.
