Contributor License Agreement

By submitting a contribution to Hometown Discount, you agree to the following:

  1. You can contribute it. The contribution is your own work, or you have the right to submit it, and it doesn't knowingly infringe anyone's rights.
  2. You keep your copyright. You aren't transferring ownership.
  3. License to HTMLGuy LLC. You grant HTMLGuy LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, distribute and sublicense your contribution, and to license it under any terms, including the project's current license, a later license, or a closed-source license.
  4. Patents. You grant the same parties a license to any patent claims you can license that your contribution would otherwise infringe, under the same terms.
  5. No warranty. Your contribution is provided as is.

This agreement covers every contribution you submit to this project.
