You have to edit the hosts file that points your ip to the domain you want to point to.
This doesn't work anymore 'failed to connect error'.
Fix seems to be here: hashicorp/vagrant#9897 (comment)

i use windows and already following step by step, but when i want to create another domain name like project.local i can't access it.
i only can access ip and localhost:8080
