I verbally consent to receive automated personal reminder and schedule-brief SMS messages from my own self-hosted automation system via the associated toll-free number (+1 833-762-6295).

Single recipient (myself). No marketing. No third parties. No other recipients will ever be messaged. Reply STOP halts all messages immediately.
