It'd be ideal if the egg was able to pull+compile its self during installation but I didn't have time to pull it off.
Does this still work? I have an existing Linux server on the steamcmd pal egg that I'd really like to migrate in a way that lets me use the ue4ss and palschema mods on my Linux based pterodactyl machine without having to start everyone over
It should still work but it wouldn't work with any mods that have a DLL file.
Interesting, thank you for the reply, and the egg! So this is still a linux server then? Like I should be able to bring my save from my existing Linux server without players restarting and the guuid fiasco? I haven't grabbed any mods that used .dll yet but I was mostly using .pak ones until this point anyway.

Usage
libUE4SS.so
from the downloaded artifact to/home/container/ue4ss
in the newly installed server./home/container/ue4ss/UE4SS-settings.ini
and set:ConsoleEnabled = 1
GuiConsoleEnabled = 0
bUseUObjectArrayCache = false
All mods are installed to
/home/container/ue4ss
instead of next to the Palworld executable.Mods such as PalGuard that require a DLL are unusable without a Linux build.
