Updating from Adrenaline 25.1.1 to Adrenaline 25.3.1 broke the ROCm acceleration.

The basic T2I SD1.5 workflow that takes under 10s now takes 662s.

This is pretty rapresentative of my issues for applications that install. I get no errors, but pytorch doesn't accelerate the application.

All the while ROCm itself still detects the card just fine.
