A single-playthrough, missable-safe route for the 24 achievements listed here.

Difficulty: Start on Death March and keep it through the base-game ending for Walked the Path.

DLC order: Base game → Hearts of Stone → Blood and Wine.

Maps: These are route-planning schematics, not pixel-accurate copies of the in-game maps. They show intended order and clusters; use your in-game map/waypoints for exact roads.

Steam Machine — 60 FPS Game Settings

Last checked: 2026-08-16 (rev: FSR4 variable overhaul, native-FSR4 promotions, anti-cheat updates, settings-table audit vs. actual in-game menus, Steam Controller input profiles)

These are starting profiles for the 2026 Valve Steam Machine with its RDNA3 GPU (28 CU, 110 W) and roughly 7.3 GB of game-visible VRAM, using GE-Proton11-5 unless a game works better without anything special.

Priorities:

1. 60 real/base FPS first.
2. 1440p output when it can stay close to a locked 60 without an obvious image-quality sacrifice.
