Intercepting traffic on Android and iOS Flutter applications

I recently stumbled upon an application developed with Flutter, and since it was my first time seeing it, I surprisingly couldn't intercept its requests. After some digging on google, I created this tutorial with the steps that personally worked for me and I wanted to share them in hope to help someone else. Note that the applications that I tested didn't have certificate pinning implemented. I'll update this file once I get to test an application that has it (if I'll be able to bypass it 😃 ).
To simplify the explanation I refer to the machine that hosts Burp as Kali, but you can use whatever linux machine you want.

Chose between natural mode like MacOS or Windows default mode.

Step 1: Open Windows PowerShell in Administrator Mode.

You can do this by going to Start Menu, type PowerShell, and click Run as Administrator.

adb is the Android CLI tool with which you can interact with your android device, from your PC

You must enable developer mode (tap 7 times on the build version in parameters) and install adb on your PC.

NokiaTool: control MediaTek-based Nokia phones from your PC

Overview

NokiaTool is a simple Bash script (nokiatool.sh) that allows you to use an undocumented serial connection in USB-enabled MediaTek-based Nokia feature phones manufactured by Microsoft (even the most basic ones, like the new 105) in order to control them from your PC.

This project is an ongoing work and uses only some bits and pieces of information about the phone internals available to the public, so under any circumstances don't consider it stable or a replacement for official tools if any are present.
