Retrain a MobileNet model and use it in the browser with TensorFlow.js

Combining TensorFlow for Poets and TensorFlow.js.
Retrain a MobileNet V1 or V2 model on your own dataset using the CPU only.
I'm using a MacBook Pro without Nvidia GPU.

MobileNets can be used for image classification. This guide shows the steps I took to retrain a MobileNet on a custom dataset, and how to convert and use the retrained model in the browser using TensorFlow.js. The total time to set up, retrain the model and use it in the browser can take less than 30 minutes (depending on the size of your dataset).

Example app - HTML/JS and a retrained MobileNet V1/V2 model.

If you use Storybook with Next.js and have components using next/link you'll have to mock next/router the same you would for testing with Jest or others. Simply create a file with the mock router as shown below and import it in your Storybook config.

This is a simple way of importing MySQL database in Docker.

In you Dockerfile you must have a shared folder. Shared folder is a directory in your host machine that is mounted to Docker instance.
Put the exported sql file in the shared folder.
Login to your Docker instance via docker exec -it DOCKER_CONTAINER_ID bin/bash.
Login to MySQL via mysql -u USERNAME -p.

Rancher

Rancher is an open source project that provides a complete platform for operating Docker in production. It provides infrastructure services such as multi-host networking, global and local load balancing, and volume snapshots.

This documentation describes how to run Rancher localy for development and evaluation propuses.

I'm using Docker for OSX (native) but even for this to work you will need to install VirtualBox.

Debug your PHP in Docker with Intellij/PHPStorm and Xdebug

For your local dev, create a Dockerfile that is based on your production image and simply install xdebug into it. Exemple:

Docker - How to cleanup (unused) resources

Once in a while, you may need to cleanup resources (containers, volumes, images, networks) ...

delete volumes

Note: Some of these shortcuts have been remapped for my own convenience (Preferences->Keymap). These are Mac shortcuts, just use the Windows/Linux equivalent of the Cmd/Option/Ctrl/Del keys.
