Terms:

What we are allowed to do:

  1. We are allowed to host the sourcecode into a public Git repository, EXCLUDING: a. the client/business information b. the client/business website/url c. the database d. commercial plugins e. license keys f. the manual on how to setup the website g. nor the information on how to use the sourcecode
  2. We are allowed to own and capture into Videos parts or entirety of the development process, the deployment process, and the Files we received.
  3. We are allowed to use and publish these Videos to Youtube or any other video hosting platform which can be accessed by people publicly.
  4. We are allowed to publish Articles discussing and showcasing the development of the Project.
  5. We are allowed to list the Project into our Portfolio, Websites and/or Marketing materials.
  6. We are allowed to use the Videos to create public and/or private tutorial.
  7. We are allowed to associate Ourselves as the builder and developer of the Project.
  8. We are allowed to give Ourselves credit by putting our Names, Link and Brand to "humans.txt" and/or hidden or commented in the sourcecode.

What we are NOT allowed to do:

  1. We are NOT allowed to promote the link to the public Git repository that host the sourccode.
  2. We are NOT allowed to disclose any of our Client's personal and/or business information.
  3. We are NOT allowed to disclose any messages our Client's told us not to share.
  4. We are NOT allowed to distribute any of the Files we received from the client, including the PSD, XD, Images, commercial plugins and/or software unless otherwise allowed by our Client.
  5. We are NOT allowed to distribute nor share part nor entirety of the database the Website is using.
  6. We are NOT allowed to capture into Videos the video calls between us and the client.
  7. We are NOT allowed to install any malware nor any malicious program to the sourcecode, unless otherwise not known nor out of scope of our responsibility.

What you are not allowed to do:

  1. You are NOT allowed to distribute the commercial plugin(s) nor the license keys we included on your sourcecode.
  2. You are NOT allowed to sell any part nor the entirety of the sourcecode unless otherwise we allowed it.
  3. You are NOT allowed to remove our Names, Link and Brand from the "humans.txt" nor block them from being accessed.
  4. You are NOT allowed to remove our Names, Link and Brand from the sourcecode.
  5. You are NOT allowed to deny that We are the original Developers of the Project.
