Font icons

Font icons usually packaged as webfonts and can easily be integrated to web app projects.

Vector icons

Vector icons dont usually come in sets. Rather, you can freely pick and choose whatever icon resource you need and download them to your project. Some vector editing might be required to suite your need.

Artworks

Artworks commonly presented as vector (SVG, AI) or raster (PNG, JPG) files. Here's a list of websites that provide artworks for free or non-paid licensing.
