On the Metra 70-5521 harness, the red wire is the switched ignition/ACC lead (turns on with the key, off when the truck's off) — this is the wire you want. Don't use the yellow wire (constant battery power) or you'll drain the battery when parked.
Parts needed:

Steps:
- Locate the red wire on the Metra 70-5521 harness (the wire that will already be connected to power the ATOTO head unit's ignition sense).
- Clip a Posi-Tap onto that red wire — it pierces the insulation and grips the wire without needing to cut or strip anything.
- Run the QAUBEN kit's power lead into the open end of the Posi-Tap.
- Use the ASP Mini fuse holder inline between the tap and the QAUBEN kit (add a 5A or 7.5A fuse — the kit draws very little current, so a small fuse is fine) to protect the new circuit.
- Ground the QAUBEN kit's black wire to any bare metal chassis point or an existing ground point near the install location.
