I know it passed a lot of time since your comment, but i just bought ac on sale planning to play it with vr (which i already got) and a racing wheel setup (which I'm going to buy soon). Could you please send me a list of the mod you used and recommend? I know it's a lot to ask but seems like there's a lot of option and you know them well so i'd love to just trust you and enjoy the game instead of going for trial and error :)
Sure, for game mods, I use:
Just a quick tip for Pure. Once you are in the game, there is a HUD app for Pure that will let you change the time of day and weather. This is really great because you don't have to constantly quit and re-launch to find conditions you really like. Be sure to check it out. I have an entire HUD preset (position 4 out of 4) for Pure tweaks.

- Car Tuner is a utility, not a HUD app. It lets create mod versions of existing cars, provided the mod isn't encrypted.

- If you join the Shutoko Revival Project, you'll get a car pack that has a ton of great cars, including the Mitsibishi Lancer Evolution VIII. Well worth it, even if you don't keep the SRP subscription.
Those are in no particular order, but the Mugen EK7 is a car that a lot of people overlook. It's a fantastic car that begs you to drive it quickly. The two vintage Porsche 911 (964 and 930) are also a ton of fun. You'll notice a lot of MNBA cars on the list. Many of these are paid upgrades, and not all of them are what I'd consider accurate. They are all fun to drive though, and that's what I'm after.
Lastly, there is a Kunos DLC car that you should absolutely put some time into. It's the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale. It's my favorite car in the entire game, Kunos or mod. I used the Car Tuner app to create a tuned version that has much closer gear ratios. I can provide the INI files, but you'll need to figure out how to use Car Tuner first. Let me know.
