「Haskell 腦」之恐怖[^1]

這是很久以前剛學 Haskell 時看到的一篇 日文諧擬作品，現在翻譯出來，作個紀念。

鑽研語言宗教學以及腦生理學的專家們，去年測量了激進派 Haskell 信徒專注於咒術時的腦波。觀察在該情境下掌管「人性」的腦前葉部份，可發現 α 波的強度增加，而 β 波的強度則減弱。

在腦科學界裡，α 波咸認為是個人在放鬆時會出現的腦波。「[咒術師]將眾多函數電腦化的過程裡，flip 和 (.) 彷彿化成一片唸唸有辭的洪水，將不純淨的副作用超度昇華。上述過程，就好像幼童拿著木棒，不斷重複對髒東西又 (>>=) 又 (>>) 的行為。我認為這會對腦部產生某種影響。」艾努博士如此述說他的發現。

艾努博士在訪問裡，還指出了更驚人的事實。「這個腦波的波形，與『Lisp 腦』患者非常的類似。」他接著對我們說：「Haskell 派雖然不為大眾所知，但專門學者普遍認為，就算在『函數型程式語言』這個宗教裡，他們也是屬於特別危險的基本教義狂信派。

FP 在應用程式的高峰可能在 2013~2014 左右，那時 John Carmack port Wolf3D 到 Haskell 上，還提到：

我舉例，好比像說您提到我們的官網，或者是最近大家可能看到我們的行動自然憑證，簽核的公文系統，那它裡面都用了一些新的概念。我們的官網用了一個叫IPFS，就是一個星際檔案系統的一個架構，確保我們上稿的流程不會被篡改。我們的公文系統用了行動自然憑證，可以確保說我這七天雖然都關在家裡，但是還是可以很安全的驗證我的設備，它上面的軟體，以及我的網路連線的情況下，我可以繼續簽公文。
