StepQuest Support

StepQuest is an iOS step tracker focused on one daily walking goal, streaks, and widgets.

Please include:

  • The device model and iOS version.
  • What you were trying to do.
  • Any error message shown in the app.

In-App Purchases

StepQuest Pro offers a monthly subscription and a lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

If Pro access does not appear after purchase:

  • Open StepQuest.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap Restore Purchases.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled from your Apple ID account settings.

Privacy

StepQuest reads step data from Apple Health. The app does not require an account, and health data stays on device.
