Project: C:\2026\07\sumo-wrestler-dictionary

User Instructions

The user provided repository-level AGENTS.md style instructions in Japanese, including:

  • Use Japanese or English only.
  • Start larger or architectural tasks in Plan mode.
  • Use subagents for research and parallel analysis where useful.
  • Record plans in tasks/todo.md.
  • Verify before claiming completion.
  • Keep changes simple and narrowly scoped.
  • Fix bugs autonomously from logs and failing tests.

Main Request

User asked:

github.com/dai/shikona を作って。そこにdeployし、releaseに txt(Google日本語入力用)とdic (Microsoft IME用)をダウンロード可能として設置。READMEには txt, dicともに詳細なインポートを添えてほしい。親プロジェクトとして dai/o-sumo を設定。

Initial Inspection

The workspace contained:

  • rikishi_20260703.txt
  • rikishi_20260703.dic
  • a placeholder Next.js app
  • no valid initialized Git repository at first

Important findings:

  • gh auth status confirmed login as dai.
  • dai/o-sumo exists and is not a fork, so dai/shikona could not be made a GitHub fork child of it.
  • The parent project relationship was therefore represented in repository metadata and README.

Implementation Summary

Created and configured dai/shikona:

  • Initialized Git locally on main.
  • Created public GitHub repository: https://github.com/dai/shikona
  • Added remote origin.
  • Pushed initial commit.

Added distribution and docs:

  • Added README.md.
  • Documented Google Japanese Input import steps for rikishi_20260703.txt.
  • Documented Microsoft IME import steps for rikishi_20260703.dic.
  • Added release v2026.07.03.
  • Uploaded release assets:
    • rikishi_20260703.txt
    • rikishi_20260703.dic

Added GitHub Pages site:

  • Converted the placeholder Next.js page into a small dictionary download page.
  • Added release download links.
  • Added dai/o-sumo parent project link.
  • Added .github/workflows/pages.yml.
  • Enabled GitHub Pages using workflow deployment.

Added project tooling fixes:

  • Added packageManager: pnpm@11.7.0.
  • Moved pnpm overrides into pnpm-workspace.yaml.
  • Added ESLint dependencies and eslint.config.mjs so pnpm lint works.
  • Updated Pages workflow install command to:
pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-scripts

This fixed CI failures caused by pnpm build-script approval for sharp and msw.

Eyecatch Request

User then provided an image and asked:

これをアイキャッチにして

The image was copied into:

public/eyecatch.png

Changes made:

  • Displayed the image in the top page hero section.
  • Added Open Graph metadata.
  • Added Twitter card metadata.
  • Updated icon URLs for GitHub Pages.

Verification

Local verification passed:

pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-scripts
pnpm lint
pnpm build
$env:GITHUB_ACTIONS='true'; pnpm build

GitHub verification:

  • Pages workflow initially failed at install due to pnpm build-script approval.
  • Workflow was fixed with --ignore-scripts.
  • First deploy retry failed with Deployment failed, try again later.
  • Rerun succeeded.

Final checks:

  • https://dai.github.io/shikona/ returned HTTP 200.
  • Published page contained eyecatch.png.
  • Published page contained release download links.
  • Release v2026.07.03 contained both assets.
  • Local Git working tree was clean.

ごめん、それcopilotだった。今回のチャット履歴をぼくのgistに出力したい。 mdで。
