## Frequently asked questions

**How do I start playing?**
Create an account with your email, choose a faction (**Gundan** or **Buntai**) and a class, and you'll begin in your faction's starting village. Explore areas, fight enemies in turn-based combat, complete quests, and gear up.

**Is my progress saved? Can I play on another device?**
Yes — your characters and progress are stored on our servers. Sign in with the same email on any device and everything is restored.

**I can't sign in / my progress is missing.**
Make sure you're using the same email you registered with. Still stuck? Email us at [talesofelatora@gmail.com](mailto:talesofelatora@gmail.com) with that address and we'll recover your account.

**How do gems and purchases work?**
Gems are the premium currency — earned in-game (daily logins, exchanges) and, where available, sold as gem packs through the App Store. To restore a previous purchase, reinstall and sign in, or use **Restore Purchases**.

**How do I delete a character or my account?**
- **One character:** delete it from the character-selection screen.
- **Entire account + all data:** **Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account** — this permanently removes your account, all characters, and all game data from our servers.

**How do I report a bug or send feedback?**
