## **Software Engineer (Technical Lead)**
We’re seeking an experienced **Software Engineer** who can **write high-quality code**, provide thoughtful **technical leadership**, collaborate closely within a **cross-functional team**, and communicate effectively with **non-technical stakeholders**. The ideal candidate demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of our products and team.
### **What You'll Do:**
- **Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code**, simplifying complex problems into elegant, sustainable solutions.
- **Collaborate effectively** within a cross-functional team environment, actively participating in code reviews, planning, and agile processes.
- **Make architectural decisions** that support the long-term growth and stability of our software systems.
- **Communicate technical ideas clearly**, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Manage your priorities and focus autonomously**, identifying impactful tasks and ensuring their completion.
### **What We're Looking For:**
- Proven experience writing high-quality code within a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated ability or clear potential to lead technical decisions, including architecture and code design.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, paired with the ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills, including comfort explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- An adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies, frameworks, and practices.
### **Qualifications:**
- Experience with modern development practices (GitHub workflows, CI/CD, automated testing).
- Familiarity or willingness to quickly learn our technology stack.
- Experience or genuine interest in technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.
