DTR - Num Guesse (Edwin & Jesse)

Project: Number Guesser

Group Member Names: Edwin & Jesse

Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):

Become better at using Javascript and conditionals mostly Be better at making websites responsive (mobile & desktop) Meet in person sometimes.

Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):

We will try out "Ping pong" and "Driver" styles to see which one fits better. What works best in each situation.

How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:

We have to patient, and understanding.

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?):

Putting about 3-4 hours of work every day.

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team?): Commnuicate if any of us can't meet. Transparency Honesty Self-evaluation progress.

Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):

If any of us discovers a breakthrough, communicate it to each other. Become more confident in our skills Try to use more coding lingo.

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):

Design, UX We have to break down the project into manageable chunks so we have the same workloads. And we both learn new things.

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques):

Nothing goes to Masters without approval from each other. Take turns working on most difficult aspects.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:

Give constructive criticism. Always be direct, but professional and positive.

Project management tools we will use:

GitHub Sublime Slack todolist.com (to be on the same page, track milestones, and update anything real-time)

Day 1 Agenda:

Meet up tomorrow to really break down which functions are needd for each section.

Additional Notes:

Communication is key.
