 Western Caribbean from Tampa, Florida on the Carnival Paradise

 Jul 1 2019 - Jul 6 2019 Mon - Sat
 Itinerary: Day 1-Depart 4:00 PM
 Day 2-Day at Sea
 Day 3-Grand Cayman
 Day 4-Cozumel
 Day 5- Day at Sea
 Day 6-Arrive @ Tampa

 For Groups bookings, they only reserve Ocean View rooms. I will reserve 8 Ocean view rooms for now. We can add on if needed. They will try to put us in the same area but it’s not guaranteed.

 They reserve rooms based on a double-occupancy (two people per room). 
 • For guest 1 = $684 + $95.40 (taxes and gratuity) = $779.40 total per person
 • For two guests = $1,558.80

 So this is where it gets a bit confusing. I haven’t been on Carnival in a long time and they’ve changed their room rate situation.

 If you have more than two people in your room, the rate for those guests will be an approximate amount of $394.40 and $444.40 presently. This is an approximate amount because when you initially book your room and put down your 1st deposit it will only be for two people. When the 2nd deposit is due (March 4th), that is when you will let them know that you have more than 2 people accompanying you and the rate will be based on the rate for that month. It may be more or less than that approximate amount I quoted to you at the beginning of this paragraph. But they did say the rates usually go down.

 Deposit information:
 1st Deposit due - Sept 29th 2018 ($25 per person) Total = $50 (for guest 1 and 2)
 2nd Deposit due – March 4th 2019 ($150 per person)
 • This is when you tell them you have 4 people in your room (for example), so it would be $150 per person. 
 • For 3 people, the 2nd deposit total will be $450. 
 • For 4 people, the 2nd deposit total will be $600.
 • For 5 people, the 2nd deposit total will be $750
 • I don’t know what the limit on people in the cabin is but you can work that out when you call.

 When you make your 2nd deposit, you will have the option to upgrade/downgrade your room. If you want a balcony/interior state room, you can make the upgrade/downgrade at this time.

 Final payment is due May 2nd 2019!!!

 You do not have to stay within these dates for payments if you want to pay more/payoff the balance. For example, some like to pay off the balance during tax season.

 Identification info:
 • Passport, this is all you need for any age
 • 16 and under-only Birth certificates are needed
 • 16 and older- and no passport, you will need your Birth certificate and Government issued ID

 Once everyone let’s me know that they good with this info, I will call our agent and reserve the rooms. Please let me know by early next week so that I can reserve the cabins.
