• <phone number> like 00330612345678 (prefer international format)

Hi, I have a tk405 4g, and I can't get the adminip command to work. The tkstar website gives me an error and it doesn't respond to me via SMS. When I check with the check****** command, the default configuration appears. Does anyone know what could be happening? Do I need any extra configuration or do I need to disable something for the adminip command to work?

Something like adminip123456 {your_public_ip} {port}

You might possibly need to put the new sim in a phone first to activate it. If the sim is from another provider, you will probably need to change the apn settings in the tracker.

I have a Tracker by TKSTAR which has a label TK903 but when I send the check123456 it sends back info that it is a TK913. I am trying to reset the IP & Port to my server but the unit will not change from the original tkstar settings. I can get info from check command and the cxwl command however. Can anyone tell me why I cannot send this unit to my server?
