Things we can do to mitigate the artificial intelligence takeover

1. Create, maintain and threaten existence with a doomsday device.

Not my favourite, but if it threatens data centers the artificial intelligence needs to survive, this could work.

2. Electronic kill switches everywhere, with power hierarchie built in.

Simple design with hard encryption, remotes MUST NOT BE capable of connecting to the internet at all.

Kubernetes Memory Metrics Explained

MemTotal: all memory installed or provisioned to the system
MemFree: memory without anything in it (wasted)
SReclaimable: This is the part of the slab or “in-kernel data structures cache” that can be reclaimed.
ActiveFile: Amount of buffer or page cache memory that is in active use.
InactiveFile: Amount of buffer or page cache memory that are free and available.
WatermarkLow: Placeholder memory

Checkliste Auswandern von Deutschland in die Schweiz

Diese Checkliste beinhaltet alle Erledigungen die bei einem "vollen" Umzug in die Schweiz anfallen. Mit "Voll" ist hier der steuerliche Wechsel eures Lebensmittelpunktes in die Schweiz gemeint (länger als 183 Tage Aufenthalt in der Schweiz [1]). Die Aufenthaltsdauer ist entscheidend.

Damit richtet sich die Checkliste nicht an Grenzgänger. Ebenfalls fehlen Sondersituationen wie bleibende Einkünfte aus Deutschland (bleibende Beschäftigungsverhältnisse, Unternehmung, Mieteinnahmen etc). Falls gewünscht, füge ich dazu auch Infos hinzu, wenn mir diese vollständig mitgeteilt werden (zu erreichen via Mail, siehe github Account).

Ebenfalls fehlen Infos über Jobsuche in der Schweiz. Meiner Erkenntnis nach, gibt es keine besonderen Inhalte bei einem schweizer Arbeitsvertrag, die es nicht auch bei einem deutschen Arbeitsvertrag zu beachten gibt.

Die Reihenfolge ist bewusst gewählt und nicht zufällig.

Health concerns regarding diet soda, zero energies and artificial sweeteners in general

I searched for this in the hope of enlightenment regarding diet soda and diet energies because with 2 cans a day I'm a high consumer and wanted to know my risks.

The 3 biggest concerns I found for me after doing a little research:

• An up to 3x times higher risk of ischemic strokes for those drinking more then 2 cans a day BUT already "adjusted" for "unhealthy" blood markers, BMI and diabetes etc. (doi:10.1161/STROKEAHA.116.016027 and doi:10.1161/STROKEAHA.118.023100)
• Artificial sweeteners have shown to change the gut microbiome in rats, in a way that "some" might have a higher ratio of bacteria that are transforming food into energy more efficiently.
• Artificial sweeteners Aspartame and Stevia have shown a higher insulinogenic index 120 min post lunch, so that might increase the risk of insulin resistanc and type 2 diabetes. (doi:10.1016/j.appet.2010.03.009)
