Long description:

TokRepo is an open registry for AI assets. Agents can call the TokRepo MCP server during planning to discover reusable skills, prompts, MCP configs, scripts, workflows, and domain knowledge. The workflow is machine-readable: tokrepo_discover ranks candidates, tokrepo_detail exposes the contract, tokrepo_install_plan returns policy/risk/rollback/verification, and tokrepo_push publishes explicit reusable assets after confirmation. Humans set intent; agents inspect and operate through typed contracts.
