Curious about this error as well. Interesting topic.
- I really need to figure out how to get notices abt comments on gists
- You need the latest
gdallibrary and the a fresh install ofrgdal - You need the shapefile referenced in the previous blog post. Here's the link to said shapefile https://team.cartodb.com/u/andrew/tables/andrew.us_states_hexgrid/public/map

Hi,
I've got an error message in the line number 9 code.
"us <- readOGR("us_states_hexgrid.geojson", "OGRGeoJSON")"
Error in ogrInfo(dsn = dsn, layer = layer, encoding = encoding, use_iconv = use_iconv, :
Could you please resolve it?
