How to build tensorflow 1.13 from source code for OSX High Sierra with NVIDIA CUDA

Build Tensorflow 1.13.1 from source with NVIDIA GPU support on MAC High Sierra 10.13.6

This documantation is compiled from multiple sources available from internet mainly this and this, and this are the steps that actually works for me on Macbook Pro mid 2012 retina with NVIDIA GPU. It takes some time (1 hour +) on this machine to compile the source code.
