Full removal — package plus profile/config data:

# Remove the RPM package
sudo zypper rm firedragon

# Remove profile data and config dirs (Firefox-based, so ~/.mozilla-style layout)
rm -rf ~/.firedragon
rm -rf ~/.cache/firedragon
rm -rf ~/.config/firedragon

# Also check these, since some Floorp-based forks nest under a vendor dir
ls -d ~/.var/app/*firedragon* 2>/dev/null # if installed via flatpak (not your case, but worth checking)

Since your spec installs everything under %{_libdir}/firedragon, zypper rm cleans the binary/lib install fully — no leftover system files, since you didn't use %post/%postun to touch anything outside the package's own file list beyond desktop/icon cache updates.

For profile data specifically, confirm the actual profile path first:

find ~ -maxdepth 2 -iname "*firedragon*" 2>/dev/null

Firefox-based browsers usually respect MOZ_APP_NAME— if FireDragon's build sets that to something other than firedragon, your profile folder could be named differently (some Floorp forks keep .floorp or similar). Worth checking the wrapper/binary's internal branding if the above find comes up empty.

Safely Copying an ISO to a Ventoy USB (Linux)

1. Verify the Ventoy USB

lsblk -f | grep -v nbd

Example:

NAME FSTYPE LABEL
sda
├─sda1 exfat itachi
└─sda2 vfat VTOYEFI

The first partition (sda1) is where your ISO files go.
Do not modify VTOYEFI (sda2).

2. Mount the Ventoy partition

udisksctl mount -b /dev/sda1

Output:

Mounted /dev/sda1 at /run/media/itachi/itachi

Verify the mount:

findmnt /dev/sda1

Output:

TARGET SOURCE FSTYPE
/run/media/itachi/itachi /dev/sda1 exfat

3. Copy the ISO

Using rsync provides progress information and is generally preferred over cp.

rsync -ah --info=progress2 \
FreeBSD-15.1-RELEASE-amd64-disc1.iso \
/run/media/itachi/itachi/

Example:

1.35G 100% 128.41MB/s 0:00:10

4. Flush all pending writes

sync
sync

This ensures all cached data is written to the USB before removal. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}

5. Verify the copied file (Recommended)

Compute the SHA-256 checksum of both the original and the copied ISO.

sha256sum FreeBSD-15.1-RELEASE-amd64-disc1.iso
sha256sum /run/media/itachi/itachi/FreeBSD-15.1-RELEASE-amd64-disc1.iso

Example:

fa27646f05a1440fd26ffbb85e06a50bc86e128242a4e9cb7bb3ea76e1aa5fd9
fa27646f05a1440fd26ffbb85e06a50bc86e128242a4e9cb7bb3ea76e1aa5fd9

If both hashes match, the copy is bit-for-bit identical.

6. Attempting to power off before unmounting

Running:

udisksctl power-off -b /dev/sda

while the filesystem is still mounted results in:

Error powering off drive:
The drive in use: Device /dev/sda1 is mounted

This is expected because udisksctl requires all mounted filesystems on the drive to be unmounted first. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}

7. Unmount the filesystem

udisksctl unmount -b /dev/sda1

Output:

Unmounted /dev/sda1.

8. Safely power off the USB device

udisksctl power-off -b /dev/sda

After the command completes successfully, the USB device has been safely removed from the system and can be unplugged. The power-off operation flushes remaining buffers, deconfigures the USB device, and disables the USB port when supported by the hardware. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}

Complete Workflow

udisksctl mount -b /dev/sda1

rsync -ah --info=progress2 \
FreeBSD-15.1-RELEASE-amd64-disc1.iso \
/run/media/itachi/itachi/

sync
sync

sha256sum FreeBSD-15.1-RELEASE-amd64-disc1.iso
sha256sum /run/media/itachi/itachi/FreeBSD-15.1-RELEASE-amd64-disc1.iso

udisksctl unmount -b /dev/sda1
udisksctl power-off -b /dev/sda
