Subject:Obscure streams for Frisky fans
This isn’t a Frisky replacement—just a selection of obscure streams that
might appeal to those who enjoy Frisky. I came across these while searching
for streams to fall asleep to, browsing the Icecast/Shoutcast catalog
included in Neutron Player (Android, Windows—an audiophile’s delight).
The first on the list isn’t ambient but was my initial, accidental
discovery, which led me to explore entire catalog segments:
- **El Stacja** (Polish station, very musical electronica, 320kbps MP3)

- **Party Vibe Ambient** (Don’t let the name mislead you—this is a worthy
ambient stream, sometimes darkish, 320kbps MP3)

- **Systrum Systum** (A very delicate station from Australia and Hungary,
an experimental, artistic vibe)
- **SSR1** – Ambient/Drone, 256kbps MP3

listening to over frisky due to the unpredictability of frisky:

I also want to thank you a lot for these recommendations. I am hearing
these a lot lately, they are reliable and fast and have a nice selection.
I was a paying (yes, indeed) frisky premium "customer", but even the
premium streams have become very unreliable multiple times a day (at least
from europe), so that i cancelled the subscription and stopped listening to
it. Very painful after being a fan for almost two decades or so... :-(
