I want you to design a plan to convert the two repositories in this workspace into a mono repo. The two repositories:

  • qpp-submissions-feedback-api: A NestJS based Node server
  • qpp-submissions-feedback-ui: An Angular web app

The plan should include a very detailed guide to create a mono repo with these two repositories in it. The guide should consist of these parts:

  1. A step-by-step guide to a "minimum viable product" (MVP) migration where the two repositories are in a single mono repo and the CI/CD is updated to continue supporting deployments and PR checks as before, with as minimal changes to anything as possible
  2. A detailed list of later actions to take after the MVP migration is complete to consolidate things and make the mono repo more stable, useful, and aligned to industry best practices
  3. A list of risks
/* eslint-disable no-console */
import { PassThrough, Transform } from 'stream';
import { pipeline } from 'stream/promises';
type ChunkyBoi = { thingy: number }
class OptimusPrime extends Transform {
constructor() {
super({ objectMode: true });
}

How to setup WSL2 to function with VPNs running on the host
  1. Update to Windows 10, version 2004
  2. Install the Windows Linux kernal and a Linux distro (these steps are tested with Ubuntu 20.04)
  3. Log in to your WSL distro and create the /etc/wsl.conf file with the following values:
[network]
generateHosts = false
generateResolvConf = false

[interop]
appendWindowsPath = false
