    "Each associated outcome corresponds to a named individual. An outcome resolves to Yes if the corresponding individual becomes the Democratic Party's nominee for President of the United States in the 2028 U.S. presidential election. An individual becomes the nominee if they (a) receive the Democratic Party's presidential nomination through the official nominating process of the 2028 Democratic National Convention, including any delegate roll-call vote, or any official party process used if the nomination is decided before, during, or after the convention, and (b) accept that nomination. Acceptance may be established through a formal acceptance speech, written acceptance, official filing, or any other clear public acceptance recognized by the Democratic Party. Exactly one outcome resolves to Yes and all other outcomes resolve to No. An outcome resolves to No once it becomes impossible for the corresponding individual to become the 2028 Democratic presidential nominee. Early No resolution may occur only upon the individual's death or the winning and acceptance of the nomination by a different individual. The Fallback outcome resolves to Yes if the individual who wins and accepts the 2028 Democratic presidential nomination is not one of the other named outcomes in this question. Resolution is based on the first individual to win and accept the nomination. Any subsequent replacement, substitution, withdrawal, death, disqualification, or reassignment of the nominee after the nomination has been won and accepted, including any replacement at any time before election day, will not change the resolution of this question. All outcomes other than Fallback resolve to No, and Fallback resolves to Yes, if: (a) the Democratic Party does not nominate any individual for President, (b) the Democratic Party puts forward more than one individual as co-nominees for President, or (c) no individual has won and accepted the 2028 Democratic presidential nomination by November 7, 2028 at 23:59 ET. The Democratic National Committee and official Democratic Party sources are the primary resolution sources. Independent reputable news sources may be used as fallback sources where official party sources have not published the relevant result. Each named outcome refers to a specific natural person identified by a commonly used name, regardless of nicknames, aliases, abbreviations, married names, legal name changes, or other variations of that individual's name. Once resolved, subsequent appeals, corrections, reversals, replacements, or reassignments by the Democratic Party or any other body will not affect the market resolution. This market has not been endorsed by the Democratic Party or the Democratic National Committee.
