To take a complete page screenshot in Chrome without extensions:

press Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows) or Cmd+Option+I (Mac) to open Developer Tools
then Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+P (Mac)
type "screenshot," and select "Capture full size screenshot".
