# Privacy Policy — Figma → Code (local)

Figma → Code (local) is a Chrome extension that reads a Figma .fig file or a pasted layer, entirely on your device, and generates HTML from it.

## Data we collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit your Figma design files, layer data, or generated HTML to any server. All parsing and code generation happens locally in your browser.

We do not collect personally identifiable information, browsing history, location, or website content.

## Local storage

The extension uses Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage) only to save your settings and preferences (such as your last used export options) on your own device. This data never leaves your device.

## Third-party requests

- **Google Fonts** (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com): used only to load font files referenced by the design you are converting, so the generated HTML renders correctly.
- **Gumroad** (api.gumroad.com): used only to verify license/purchase status for premium features. No design content is sent to Gumroad.
- **Figma API** (optional, only if you opt in): used only to fetch a file you specify, if you choose to use the legacy API mode instead of a local .fig file.

We do not sell or share any data with third parties, and we do not use data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
