Terms of Service — Nebraska Utilities

  1. Acceptance of Terms By adding Nebraska Utilities ("Bot") to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  2. Usage & Restrictions The Bot provides moderation, server operations, ticket management, and utility features for Discord communities. You agree not to exploit, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Bot's functionality.

  3. Availability & Service The Bot is provided "as is". Features may be updated, modified, or temporarily offline for maintenance without prior notice.

  4. Termination We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Bot for any server or user violating Discord's Terms of Service or abusing bot functions.
