We're a rapidly growing startup and we are seeking to expand our team.
We are a team of 8 people divided into two offices (Paris and SF).
We develop the Sush.io solution for SMBs which are heavy users of Online Services to manage their accounting and invoicing.
We are all focused on delivering value to our customers, in a lean mindset and welcoming ideas from all the team.
Each team member is involved in giving his/her opinion and taking decisions on both technical and functional aspects.
On the eve of an evolution in our development, we are seeking to expand and complement the skills of our team.

This is full-time position in Paris, we are flexible on start dates.
- integrate new third party APIs
- scaling our infrastructure
- extract services (hexagonal architecture)
- monitoring of our plateform
- create internal tools
- a bit of technical support for our clients but not much
- use the right tool for the job when Ruby is not the most suited. We are fond of functionnal programming langages these days.
- Ruby 2, Rails 4
- PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
- Resque
- Ember.js for the front-end
- Heroku and AWS
- Capistrano 3, Rspec 3
- Agiles practices (TDD, KanBan, Retrospectives etc.)
- Github, Skylight, Trello, Semaphore, BugSnag, Slack, Intercom
- Small and experienced team
- A lot of tests, refactoring, pair-programming and code reviews
- We pratice Continuous Integration and ship multiple times a day
- Friday afternoons are reserved for R&D

We are looking for someone who:
- has delivered and maintained production code significantly
- is knowledgable in Ruby
- is autonomous and creative, we are a startup, the roadmap evolves rapidly and it's important to react swiftly
- tests her/his code and discuss as to which optimisations could be performed
- likes to work in a team, has good communication skills and has no objection to helping a client directly
- must be able to communicate in English
