Privacy Policy for Ai Agent Messenger Bot

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Messenger Bot ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you interact with our Facebook Messenger bot.

1. Information We Collect

When you message our bot, we may receive:

  • Your public profile information (Name, Profile Picture, Locale).
  • The content of the messages you send to the bot.
  • Your unique Facebook User ID (PSID) to maintain the conversation.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services.
  • Improve the automated responses of the bot.
  • Maintain the technical functionality of the n8n integration.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Data is processed through our n8n automation server and is not shared with third-party marketing agencies.

4. Data Retention

We retain conversation data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request to have your data deleted at any time by contacting us.
