Native dependency resolver rejects a compiler-option XML element

Babashka 1.13.222's native dependency resolver rejects a local POM containing <Xlint:-unchecked/>. The JVM resolver accepts the same POM.

This is a synthetic fixture reduced from the compiler configuration in org.apache.hadoop/hadoop-project:3.3.0. It has no external application dependencies and does not run a compiler.
