Firefox introduced a UI overhaul in 157 and for users of vertical tabs you may agree with me that it's absolutely terrible looking. This gist gives you a simple userChrome.css to restore tabs to the pre-Nova look while still retaining the rest of the Nova UI enhancements. This works to fix both vertical and horizontal tabs.
In Firefox's about:config, verify the following settings:

| if exists('b:netrw_icons_loaded') | |
| finish | |
| endif | |

| autocmd TextChanged <buffer> call s:NetrwAddIcons() | |
| if empty(prop_type_get('netrw_file_icon', {'bufnr': bufnr('%')})) |

First, install the following libraries:
$ brew install unixodbc
$ brew install freetds --with-unixodbc
FreeTDS should already work now, without configuration:
$ tsql -S [IP or hostname] -U [username] -P [password]
locale is "en_US.UTF-8"
locale charset is "UTF-8"
