If like me, you like to perform clean install for when updating the OS, you'll maybe wonder where to get the OS latest version -1. There are 2 reasons : First, you want to use something stable. Going for Catalina when it just came out is not recommended, so go for the previous one : Mojave :) Secondly Apple is removing it from the available downloads in the AppStore as soon as the latest comes out. Here is the list :)
You'll maybe need to trick your mac for older versions to get installed.
