problem, it's outputting the first item in category as link. This happens with categories and tags, but everything works fine with custom taxonomies.

So if I go to a category called BLOG, and I have the latest post is called ' hello world ' then breadcrumb shows up as

Home >> Hello World >> Blog .
Instead of Home >> Blog.

How do we fix this?
