Iran’s Achievements:

  • Approximately 500–550 ballistic missiles were launched at Israel’s home front.
  • Over 1,000 UAVs were launched toward Israel.
  • 28 Israeli fatalities (27 civilians and one IDF soldier), and hundreds of injuries caused by Iranian missile strikes on the home front.
  • Dozens of destruction sites in Israel’s interior and heavy damage to hundreds of homes. Several hundred Israelis were left homeless due to direct hits on their houses.
  • Two Israeli Air Force UAVs were shot down by Iranian air defense systems.
  • Hits were recorded on important sites in Israel: the Bazan (oil refinery) facilities in Haifa, and the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot.

Israel’s Achievements:

Diplomatic and Strategic:

  • The U.S. joined the campaign not only defensively but offensively, including the targeting of nuclear facilities — especially the underground site in Fordow.

  • Iran’s proxies across the Middle East, built up over decades for this exact moment, did not join the campaign:

    • Hezbollah did not fire a single missile.
    • Iraqi militias did not join.
    • Even the Houthis, who had been launching missiles at Israel almost nightly until the campaign against Iran began, launched only two ballistic missiles in the last 12 days.
  • Broad international legitimacy for Israeli actions.

Nuclear Domain:

  • Strikes on the three main nuclear facilities — Natanz, Fordow, and Isfahan. Initial intelligence assessments indicate significant damage to each of the sites, though the extent is not yet fully known, nor is it clear whether enriched uranium stockpiles were hit.
  • Dozens of additional sites connected to the nuclear program were struck, including the nuclear headquarters in Tehran and centrifuge production facilities.
  • 15 senior Iranian nuclear scientists were eliminated — including key figures from the so-called "weapon group."

Ballistic Missile Domain:

  • About 65% of Iranian ballistic missile launchers were destroyed.
  • Around 800–1,000 ballistic missiles from Iran's arsenal were destroyed by the Israeli Air Force before they could be launched. It is estimated that Iran has about 1,000–1,500 missiles remaining — less than half of its original stockpile.
  • Iran’s missile-launching capabilities were significantly degraded; all missile units in western Iran are out of commission, with launches now limited to central and eastern Iran.

Targeted Eliminations:

  • Elimination of four top military commanders:

    • The commander of the Revolutionary Guards
    • The Chief of the Armed Forces
    • The Commander of the Emergency Headquarters — and his successor
  • Elimination of the commander of the Aerospace Force and the entire top command of the IRGC Air Force

  • Elimination of two senior Quds Force officers: Izadi and Shahriari

  • Hundreds of Basij and IRGC personnel were killed in a series of strikes on their command centers in Tehran

Defense Domain:

  • Interception success rate of Israel’s air defense systems stands at 80–90%. Out of all the missiles fired, approximately 50–60 hit the Israeli home front. Eight of those caused civilian fatalities and lethal injuries.
  • 99.99% of Iranian UAVs were successfully intercepted — only one managed to strike Beit She’an, causing no casualties.
  • Essential infrastructure supply to Israel remained uninterrupted: there was no significant damage to key systems like electricity, energy, or water. The feared "blackout scenario" did not materialize.

Air Superiority Domain:

  • According to a senior Israeli Air Force official, more than 80% of Iran’s air defense capabilities were destroyed.
  • Contrary to early Israeli estimates, no manned aircraft were downed over Iran, and no Israeli pilot required rescue.
  • Over 80 Iranian surface-to-air missile batteries were destroyed.
