Here's a quick script to remove the dupe entries in the json, but you'll have to host locally to avoid altstore throwing an error when adding the source.

inspired by your telegram list i made telestore. You can selfhost repositories that streams IPA files from Telegram channels. Its good to for discovering new apps and ease of installation.

It seems complicated to make it work. Do you have to host it on a server for the URL it generates to be always active and available?

Yes. Either a paid server or free alternatives like free vercel, or you can setup your home lab server, using a reverse proxy like tailscale you can access your server/telestore always from any network.
I will try to find easier ways to make this possible. Honestly, I think the only easy way is to develop an iOS app that does this. Since i am not a pro swift developer i cannot guarantee you i can come up with a quick solution for this one :)
