An improved gin and tonic.
- Cucumber medallion, peeled, on the thick side
- 3-4 drops Scrappy’s lime bitters
- 3-4 drops Scrappy’s grapefruit bitters
- 2 oz. Plymouth gin
- A high-quality tonic water
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Place cucumber in bottom of a Tom Collins glass.
- Add bitters.
- Muddle cucumber and bitters lightly.
- Add gin.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Top with tonic water.
- Stir once to combine.
- Grind a small amount of black pepper over the glass and enjoy.
