Sameballs ("the App") is a game developed by pebo.dev. This privacy policy describes how your information is handled when you use the App.
Sameballs is designed with privacy in mind:

- Local Storage: The App stores high scores and game settings locally on your device. This data is not synchronized with any external servers and remains on your device.

The App requires the following standard permissions to function:
- Haptic Feedback/Vibration: To provide tactile feedback during gameplay (can be disabled in settings).
- Sound: To play procedural sound effects (can be disabled in settings). The App does not require access to your camera, microphone, location, or file system.
Since the App does not collect any personal data, it is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
