Apple did ship it as part of an investor requirement, it was slipped onto a WebObjects support disk. That is the one and only release, which met their investor obligation.

There are several builds of these apps for Windows available that used those tools.

It was abandoned as part of the Microsoft investment. Bill Gates would not invest in Apple if Rhapsody proceeded forward.
