Access Work Profile from Main Profile

Assuming you are using any of these apps to manage your work profile:

Shelter
Insular
Island

Follow these steps below:

Install and Open Mixplorer file manager.
Tap on the menu button.
Choose Add Storage.
Choose Document Provider (USB, OTG, ...).
Tap on Menu (Left).
Select Shelter/Insular/Island.
Tap on USE THIS FOLDER button.
Grant Allow Permission.

Voila! 🎉 You can now access your work profile from your main profile without any restrictions.
