Are these supposedly still working? I am getting "Cannot resolve node" and "i/o timeout" on every one of the dials on these.

These peers are my working peers, they are periodically updated. I have no problems syncing. Make sure you are using the latest version of geth, with the constantinople and other current updates.

Cannot seem to sync to Ropsten at all as I cannot get peers, even with this list. Any news?

These nodes are full nodes (not light nodes), right?

added these peers and it started syncing but got stuck at 7161936, any update on these peers?
