LLM Wiki Base: a starting setup for any codebase

Andrej Karpathy's LLM Wiki is the right idea for a codebase: the agent maintains a wiki of what the team knows, humans read it and ask questions. His gist describes a full setup. This is a working note on the smallest version worth starting with. Run it for a month, then add only what you missed.

Hand this file to your coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ...) and say "set this up".
